That's where I draw the line: your recorder lives at your place, the cameras are yours, and nobody else is holding your footage.

Do I need a subscription for the cameras?
No. Your system records to a unit in your own home. You buy the gear once and it’s yours — no monthly fee and nothing sitting in someone else’s cloud.
What areas do you cover?
Burnie, Somerset, Wynyard, Penguin, Ulverstone, Devonport, Smithton, Latrobe and Deloraine — right across the North-West coast and everything in between.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Open Cable registration ID# 27466, and fully insured. The same licence covers antennas, CCTV, data cabling and phone work.
Do you supply the gear, or do I buy it?
Either way. I can supply and install good gear, or fit equipment you’ve already bought. I’ll tell you straight what’s worth the money and what isn’t.
Will it just be you doing the job?
Yes. You get Jackson start to finish — I quote it, install it, and you’ve got one person to call if anything ever needs a look.
Can you fix or upgrade an existing setup?
Often, yes. Weak Wi-Fi, a dodgy antenna, or adding cameras to what you’ve already got — I’ll assess it and give you options.
